We want you to love your purchase from Statement Candle Collective🕯️
As all of our candles are handmade, the following policy applies.
Change of mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including:
Scent preference
Colour variations
Minor imperfections or frosting
These are a natural part of handmade soy candles and are not considered faults.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@statementcandlecollective.com.au with:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damage or fault
A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will offer:
A replacement, or
A refund (excluding shipping costs)
Returns
Items must be unused and in their original packaging
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Sale items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
