Here’s everything you need to know about how your candles make their way to you.
Processing time
All of our candles are handmade to order, so please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be carefully poured, packed, and prepped before shipping.
During busy periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer — but we promise they’re worth the wait 🕯️
Shipping rates
We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide to keep things simple:
Flat rate shipping: $10 standard & $15 Express
Free shipping on orders over: $100
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
Standard shipping: 2–7 business days (depending on location)
Please note these timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post or courier delays beyond our control.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your candles every step of the way ✨
Damaged parcels
We take great care when packing your candles, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@statementcandlecollective.com.au with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damage
We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible — pinky promise 🤍
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We can’t be responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will apply.
